I bought a Pennington sink from you in 2019. With covid other delays, I'm finally ready to have it installed, but there are no instructions in the box and the sink is no longer on your website. How do I know what water supplies and drain to buy? I'm seeing both 1 1/2 inch and 1 1/4 inch offered. Does it depend on the sink or the existing plumbing?

Aerator and lines are clean. Pressure after reattaching is less than 10%. What do I do? The pressure when lines are disconnected is powerful.

Do not buy one of these. Absolute garbage. The spray end fell off the first time I used it.

Very informative video. A clogged aerator is the best case scenario. In my case the sediment had built up in the actual shutoff valve and flushing it would not have been sufficient. It had to be removed and replaced. This also let me clean out the copper pipe near the valve which also had sediment. Took the opportunity to replace both water lines as well. Good to know this is a common issue.

Great, but what about the diverter?? I can't find any info and the cartridges are NOT the problem. It's the diverter and there is nothing on the website or here as to HOW to remove the spout. It's too expensive to screw up. Why is this not provided in the instructions, since it needs to be replaced occasionally?

I highly recommend you all redo the sink in this picture as the counter does not overhang the sink at all carousing premature leaking at the caulk line. The top of the sink should never be exposed to standing water. Yet you all giving advice for installation. Smfh!
